Venue The conference will be hosted by the Faculty of Political Sciences – SNSPA, 30A Expozitiei Street, Bucharest, Romania.
Official language The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Certificates of attendance Participants will receive their certificate of attendance by email (for authors: Certificate of Attendance and Presentation; for Chairs: Certificate of Attendance and Appreciation).
Audiovisual aids Each conference room will be equipped with personal computers for the video presentations. Speakers are kindly asked to prepare their presentations in PowerPoint format, with 800×600 or 1024×768 resolution. The presentations should be delivered on a USB PenDrive or send via email to the IT Centre, in time before the corresponding session.
WI-FI Free internet wi-fi connection will be provided everywhere in the Conference venue areas. WiFi login credentials will be provided at the venue.
Entrance into Romania Visitors from other European Union member countries may enter in Romania using either passport of their National Identity Document. It is required for visitors from non EU member countries to have a valid passport, and a visa, if required. Inquiries regarding visas can be directed to Romanian Diplomatic Representatives abroad. Requests for Letters of Invitation for VISA purposes should be directed to the Organizing Committee at conference.academos@snspa.ro. Please note that such a letter cannot grant any financial support.
Covid & other disease restrictions All travelers are responsible for verifying the travel restrictions in place before departure.
