The main objective of this paper is to find out the perception of the Romanians on this phenomenon and what are the consequences that the European Union imposes, what the effects of this phenomenon will be and how external relations between the two spheres will evolve. I decided to choose this issue because is a new phenomenon that the European Union has never faced before.

The main research hypothesis is this: what are the effects of leaving the UK and how is European foreign policy and society affected?

Over time it has been shown that the most effective way to resolve conflicts is communication. Regardless of the nature of conflicts, communication is the best solution, for this reason diplomacy is the key to all conflicts.

It was expected that after The United Kingdom leaves the European Union, there will be disputes and conflicts on several areas between European leaders: in the economic field, in the social field, in the field of security, etc.

It is known that the agreement between the EU and Britain has triggered several conflicts, but the purpose of the Agreement is to maintain peace. Thus, the rounds of negotiations and communication have diminished conflicts.
